IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for an experienced Sales Account Manager in India.

You’ll be responsible for the following

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in electric 2W, 3W and 4W market segment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and technical teams to understand product specifications and effectively communicate them to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and proactive sales initiatives.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Academic business degree or a related field in Electronics- must have
  • Engineering background- must have
  • 7+ years of experience in sales/account management.
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the automotive or electrification industry.
  • Proven track record in successful B2B sales of complex multidisciplinary systems 
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
  • Familiarity with motors, Motor controllers in 2W/3W/4W industry.
  • Understanding of 2W, 3W and 4W (e-LCV) markets in India, with a focus on motor controllers.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive, results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently with a strong sales drive.
  • Fast learner, good interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and local languages as applicable.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
