HR Generalist- Maternity Leave Replacement

IRP Systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market, and we are seeking for an HR Generalist (Maternity Leave Replacement) to join our team.

You’ll be responsible for the following

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business positions, with a strong focus on technical recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Support workforce planning, including headcount tracking, hiring priorities, and recruitment planning.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
• Handle day-to-day HR administration, including contracts, employee documentation, HR systems, and employee records.
• Manage attendance and monthly payroll preparation in coordination with internal teams and external payroll providers.
• Coordinate employee wellbeing activities, company events, and HR vendors.
• Support ongoing HR operations and projects as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field – Mandatory.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, including full-cycle recruitment and HR operations, preferably in a high-tech environment.
• Proven experience recruiting technical positions – Mandatory.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, attendance, and payroll preparation.
• Experience with HR systems and ATS platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Confident, independent, hands-on, and able to take ownership and drive processes forward.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken – Mandatory.
