IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance electric powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market. Our customers are leading electric cars and electric motorcycles manufacturers. We are seeking a dedicated, Supply Chain Manager in India.

You’ll be responsible for the following

  • Manage end-to-end the supply chain across India.
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term supply chain strategies across sourcing, procurement, logistics, quality, and production.
  • Build strong relationships and negotiate contracts with existing and new key suppliers to reduce costs, lead time and favorable terms.
  • Build forecast demand and component requirements based on sales projections and inventory.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks proactively to prevent delays in execution.
  • Optimize logistics processes and inventory to ensure optimum stock management.
  • Prepare and deliver follow up reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with the local law in all supply chain aspects.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure supplier quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Continually find ways to streamline processes to improve efficiency across the supply chain.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain and sourcing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Electronic background – must have
  • Experience in working with mechanical manufacturers.
  • Vast experience in working with suppliers across multiple disciplines - mechanical, electrical, electronics, etc.
  • Knowledge of quality management frameworks and tools.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver comfortable making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong technical acumen with supply chain tools and technologies.
  • Fluency in English.
